Your easiest way to Meteora
The rail and bus node for Meteora is Kalabaka (Kalampaka), not Meteora itself. Trains from Athens and Thessaloniki run to Paleofarsalos, where a connecting bus continues to Kalabaka; direct KTEL coaches from Athens take about four and a half hours.
